Itai Arkin

Mr. Itai Arkin became a member of Sol-Gel’s Board of Directors immediately following the pricing of our initial public offering. Mr. Arkin currently serves as Investment Manager at Arkin Holdings Ltd. and on the Boards of Directors of Exalenz Bioscience Ltd. Mr. Arkin is an investment committee member of both Accelmed, a leading Israeli MedTech investment firm since 2014, and of Sphera Global Healthcare, a leading healthcare hedge fund.

Mr. Arkin holds a BA in business administration (cum laude) from the Interdisciplinary Center, Herzliya, Israel, and an MBA (cum laude) from Tel Aviv University. Mr. Arkin is the son of Moshe Arkin, the Chairman of Sol-Gel’s Board of Directors and sole beneficial owner of Arkin Dermatology, our controlling shareholder.
